CALL CENTERS /DATA CENTERS 

High Security Tier IV Data Center Designed For F-5 Tornado Forces:

This 50,000 square-feet (raised floor) data center with a budget of $56,000,000 included redundancy in all HVAC systems. The system utilized water-cooled A/C systems. The data center heat rejection loops included two piping and pumping systems, in case one system fails or is ruptured. The facility has been designed to withstand seismic events and F-5 tornadoes. Much of the facility is below grade. Special attention was given to cooling towers for protection from tornado activity. This project was completed in April 2003. 

 High Security Tier IV Data Center Designed For F-5 Tornado Forces: 2ND Project

This 100,000 total square-feet data center with a budget of $56,000,000 included redundancy in all HVAC systems. The system utilized water-cooled  A/C systems. The data center heat rejection loops included two piping and pumping systems, in case one system fails or is ruptured. The facility has been designed to withstand seismic events and F-5 tornadoes. This project was completed in March 2005. 

Promus Data Center: 

This Memphis Data Center was approximately 60,000 square feet with 20,000 square feet of raised floor area serve by Liebert type A/C equipment.  Non-computer room areas utilized variable air volume roof top equipment.


DirecTV: Englewood, Colorado

Completed in 2007; includes renovations to a multi-story 265,000 square-feet facility which will house a 15,000 square-foot (raised floor) Data Center.  The mechanical system is designed to tier III standards                                            

  AT&T Mega Center Marietta, Georgia

This former manufacturing facility was converted to a 250,000 square-feet call center. The system includes large variable air volume roof top equipment with VAV and fan powered VAV terminal units, including computer/server rooms with Liebert type A/C equipment. Complete design and construction was achieved in approximately seven months

.Stream Projects: 

These projects (5) include various Call/Data Centers located throughout the United States, Canada, and Amsterdam.  Most of these projects range from 60,000 to 100,000 square feet.  The mechanical systems are typically rooftop units with Liebert type equipment serving computer/server rooms.  Projects include Glace Bay Nova Scotia, Chilliwack British Columbia, Silver City New Mexico, and Amsterdam.

Data Replication Facility:

Approximately 15,000 square-feet raised floor facility to house back up data / systems.  Completed in 2004 

Express Scripts: Pueblo, Colorado

Approximately 80,000 square-feet in refit of existing building.  Under floor supply air and data / server room.  Completed in 2005.

Agent population 600.  Utilizes partial under floor HVAC System.

Amazon Call Center: Kennewick, Washington

Approximately 80,000 square-feet center for housing of 500 employees with data / server room to service / process (telephone & internet orders).  This was a retrofit project that utilized an old Wal-Mart Store.  Completed in 2005. 

Cardinal Health Care:
(2) Centers of approximately 80,000 square-feet facility with an agent population of approximately 600 agents. Includes data / server room with independent & redundant HVAC systems.  One center is located in Radcliff, KY and the second center was constructed in Sherwood, AR.  

DirecTV: Missoula, Montana

80,000 square-feet new construction with under floor HVAC System and data / server room to service approximately 600 agents.  Completed in 2006. 

ADS: Ennis Texas

78,000 square-feet new facility built from the ground up.  Designed for 675 agents.  Completed in 2007
